14 Mar CARES Act Helps Provide Support Vehicles
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, also known as the CARES Act, was a stimulus package signed into law in early 2020. It has helped Haywood Transit in a number of ways, including the addition of these two vehicles: a John Deere Gator, for use in clearing our lots of snow and ice; and a Ford F250 4×4, that helps us reach remote places in inclement weather.
